At RaEat Foods, we take great care in packaging and delivering our freeze-dried ready-to-eat products. Our products are dry, shelf-stable food items designed for long storage without refrigeration.
To maintain product safety and hygiene, we follow a no-return policy once the product has been delivered.
1. No Return Policy
Due to food safety and hygiene standards, products once delivered cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.
We request customers to carefully review their order before completing the purchase.
2. Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit
- Tampered or opened
- Incorrect item delivered
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photo or video of the package and product
After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
3. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched from our facility, cancellation will not be possible.
