At RaEat Foods, we strive to deliver your favorite ready-to-eat meals quickly and safely. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Mondays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Kolhapur: 1–2 working days
  • Within Maharashtra: 2–4 working days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier service delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or other unforeseen Force & Measure circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size.

Promotional offers such as free shipping on minimum order value of ₹999 may be available from time to time and will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

You can use this link to track the delivery status of your order in real time.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order across India.

6. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address with PINCODE along with a valid phone number.

RaEat Foods will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the courier may attempt delivery again.

If the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend the customer:

  • Refuse to accept the package, or
  • Record a clear photo/video while opening the package

Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Serviceable Areas

RaEat Foods currently delivers to most locations across India, subject to courier partner service availability.

Some remote or restricted areas may experience longer delivery timelines.

10. Product Packaging & Safety

Our freeze-dried ready-to-eat meals are securely packed to maintain product quality and freshness during transit.

The products do not require refrigeration and are designed to remain safe and stable during delivery.
